Walkabrella is a charity walk-for-a-cause organised by the Mass Comm PR class of August 2009 semester in conjunction with Pusat Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Taman Megah (PPKKCTM) to create awareness on Cerebral Palsy and to enter The Malaysian Book o...f Records for a walk with the most number of people using our specially designed umbrellas! Dubbed WALKABRELLA, the event will be a casual, non-competitive walk, spanning 6-km in the vicinity of Bandar Utama. In the spirit of 1Malaysia, the walk will be open to members of the public, regardless of their age, gender or creed. Our aim is to gather a minimum of 1500 walkers to participate in this event. When? 6th December 2009 Where? Central Park, Bandar Utama Time? 7am - 4pm Entry fees? Only RM10! All funds raised goes to PPKKCTM!
